Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ce888 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ce888 online gaming and sports betting platform, including all related services, features, content, and functionality available at ce888.bet and any associated mobile browser interface.

• You must not already hold an existing ce888 account. Creating a duplicate account for any reason, including to claim additional bonuses, is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

2Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one account on ce888. To register, you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, which will serve as your primary account identifier and will be used for OTP verification during login and sensitive account operations.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. ce888 cannot be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify ce888 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised. ce888 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.
• You must not share your account with any other person, allow any other person to use your account, or operate an account on behalf of another individual. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• ce888 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any account activity that triggers our internal compliance review procedures.
• ce888 will use the personal information you provide in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ce888 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being obliged to provide a reason for such refusal.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

ce888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the supported Bangladesh payment channels listed below. No foreign currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank and BRAC Bank. ce888 may add or remove payment methods at any time and will provide reasonable notice of such changes where practicable.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the payment method selected and the account's current verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are entitled to higher transaction limits.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ce888 account balance in real time. Deposits made via bank transfer may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times. ce888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make a deposit, except where ce888 determines this is technically impractical, in which case an alternative method may be offered at ce888's discretion. Withdrawals cannot be made to third-party accounts.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal request, ce888 may require the player to complete identity and payment method verification. Players who have not completed the required verification steps may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
• ce888 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. Any funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited means will be forfeited.

4Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ce888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Players must meet the full rollover requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, per device and per IP address. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through the creation of multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• ce888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games and betting markets specified in the individual promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded game types or markets will not count towards the wagering requirement and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus.
• ce888 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering to minimise risk, exploitation of software errors, use of automated betting software or bots, or placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts.

Free spins granted as part of a promotion will expire within the time period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Winnings generated from free spins are typically subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Refer to the specific promotion terms for full details.

5Gameplay Rules and Betting Conduct

By placing bets or playing games on ce888, you acknowledge and accept the following rules governing gameplay conduct on the platform.

• All slot game and table game outcomes on ce888 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game results are random, independent of previous outcomes, and are not influenced by the size of your bet, your account history, or any other external factor.
• Sports and cricket betting markets offered on ce888 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, competition and market type. In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, ce888's decision shall be final and binding.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ce888 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your bet selection, stake and market prior to confirmation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or connectivity failure affecting the outcome or recording of a game or bet, ce888 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stake to the player's account. ce888 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity failures on the player's side.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ce888 platform. ce888 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any funds in such accounts pending investigation.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the ce888 platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, navigating the site, or exploiting game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage on the platform, including chip dumping in poker or live casino games, coordinated wagering strategies designed to abuse bonus terms, or any other form of collusive play.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using the ce888 platform as a conduit to transfer funds between parties.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the ce888 platform to gain an advantage. Any player who discovers a bug or error is obligated to report it to ce888 support immediately and must not exploit it. Winnings obtained through exploitation of a known error will be voided.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information to ce888 at any stage, including during registration, KYC verification, or when making a customer support request. This includes misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or the source of funds used for deposits.

7Account Suspension and Closure

ce888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a player account at any time at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to the following.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct provisions, or the one-account rule.
• Failure to provide requested KYC or age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by ce888. During any suspension period related to pending verification, the player will not be able to access funds held in the account.
• A player may voluntarily close their ce888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

8Responsible Gaming

ce888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to provide support tools and information seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all players.

• All players have access to deposit limit tools, session time reminders and cooling-off periods directly from their account settings. 10Limitation of Liability
